I received my press about two weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it! It's easy to assemble and use. I was able to apply snaps within minutes of opening the box! The die set and resin snaps are wonderful, as well.
Wendy is an exceptional person to work with, especially when you don't have a clue what or how to order. She has gone beyond expectations in assisting me with my purchase, payment, etc. Everything about her, the Snap Store, and her products is first rate!
